QA/QC Introduction

Besides strictly following the ISO9001 quality control system, we have established our own QC system, which has 3 distinct steps.
1) Incoming raw material quality control process (IQC)
2) In-production quality control (IPQC)
a) Cut and join test
b) Measure height and width
c) Test hardness and thickness
3) Outgoing quality control (OQC)
These QC processes ensure the highest reliability for our molding and framed products. From the first step to shipping, we ensure that only top quality goods will be sent to our customers.
